The policeman got Emil information and the thief information. Then the policeman took Emil to see the chief detective that he was a pleasant man. He listened to Emil's story and then gave him back the money. The door opened and fore repeaters came into the room. The chief detective shook hands with them and told the story of Emil and the thief.
At last he went to his grandmother's house. Emil rang the bee. The door opened and his grandmother was standing in front on him. She kissed him, pulled his hair and said "Emil you wild boy! We have heard some very strange stories about you. His cosine wanted to play bicycle with Emil. When they had been playing, the policeman came and asked about Emil. They went inside the policeman was happy of him and he gave him some money gift. His cosine said we should invite the boys for tea. Emil said but first we must invite my mother.
Emil's mother wanted to go to the city, she rode the train and a man was sitting opposite of her. The man was reading a newspaper. Suddenly she saw something on the front page. She cried" this is my son". She took it and read it. When his mother arrived to the city, she met her son. One hour later Emil wanted to have tea with his mother and his friends.
